This free daisy afghan square crochet pattern creates a 12-inch floral motif with a layered daisy center and a textured, colorful border. Worked from the center outward in 13 joined rounds, the finished square makes a beautiful addition to blankets, pillows, wall hangings, and other crochet projects.
This Daisy Square is the latest bloom in my English Garden afghan. It coordinates with the Aubrieta Bloom Afghan Square and Dahlia Bloom Afghan Square, allowing you to mix several flower designs in one garden-inspired blanket.
Use the five-color combination shown here or choose your own palette to make the daisy and surrounding details stand out.

These flower squares are so pretty. I do hope you design a fourth square soon, as I would love to combine all these into a lightweight summery afghan. I’ve enjoyed making several of your designs in the past.
Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful work!
These squares are going to be ‘summer’ work! When it’s 115 degrees and won’t go outside. They’re beautiful! I’ve never bought green yarn in any shade, so have to yarn shop! Darn.
Gorgeous, thank you so much!!! 🙂
