Crochet Christmas Ornaments
lace Christmas baubles
I love classic the look of Christmas baubles on a tree. These lace baubles add the perfect handmade twist to the classic look! They make such a great addition to your crochet Christmas decorations.
Christmas Angel
And while you have out that crochet thread, take some time to work up these sweet crocheted angels. Don’t be intimidated by the delicate design because this angel pattern is easier to work up than it looks! These angels also make great Christmas gifts or can even be used as a tree topper for a small tree.
Peppermint Swirls
This Christmas crochet pattern creates sweet peppermint candy reminiscent of holidays past. Not only are they such easy crochet Christmas ornaments, they are also quick to work up using double crochet stitches. You can hang them on your tree individually or string up a whole garland of these sweet treats!
Crochet Christmas Tree Ornament
This Christmas tree crochet pattern works up quickly with some basic stitches and makes a wonderfully whimsical little tree to add to your decor whether hanging on your tree or displayed on a shelf. Best of all, you can work up this tree pattern in any weight yarn you have on hand and crochet it to any size you desire! Try it in lace weight, DK, or worsted weight yarn for a varied array!
Wreath Ornament
I love this wreath crochet pattern because it makes for such a quick and easy project that is perfect for beginners, as it is worked in only single crochet and half double crochet. It also provides a great opportunity to get the kids involved in holiday crafting and gift giving. You crochet ’em up, and let the kids take it from there!
Granny Star ornament
Granny patterns are a classic when it comes to crochet, and this granny star ornament is especially perfect for Christmas! Gather up some of your scrap yarn and make a bunch of these granny star ornaments in various color combinations.
Crochet snowflake ornaments
Create a winter wonderland inside with this beautiful dainty snowflake pattern or one of the other snowflake designs in the collection. And when Christmas is over, you can take them off your tree and hang them around your house to enjoy all winter long. Work them up in lace weight yarn or take a different spin on the design with a heavier weight yarn.
Star of Bethlehem
The Star of Bethlehem pattern helps keep things focused on the holiness of the season. Afterall, it’s not all about Santa Claus, the elves, and Rudolph and his reindeer friends!
“no crochet” yarn ball
You can put away your crochet hooks for this one! This no-stitch yarn ball ornament is a great way to use up leftover yarn and makes for such a cute ornament as well. This is another great craft to do with the kids!
You can find even more holiday and Christmas decor patterns here … and best of all, they are all free crochet patterns.
