Granny Square — Left-Handed Crochet Stitch Diagram

This left-handed granny square stitch diagram shows the stitch placement and construction of a traditional granny square.

Unlike right-handed crochet diagrams, which are generally read counterclockwise when working in rounds, left-handed crochet diagrams are generally read clockwise. This follows the direction in which left-handed crocheters typically work.

Start at the center of the diagram and follow the rounds outward. Each round builds on the previous one to create the familiar granny square shape.
