Crochet Rose Heart Wreath

Crochet flower wreath pattern | | #crochet #ValentinesDay #flower #Valentine

I finally started crocheting up some things for Valentine’s Day!

Last week I shared the pattern to make these pretty crochet roses and knew I wanted to use them for something for Valentine’s Day. Then I thought … why not a crochet rose heart wreath. I cut out a heart shape from a thick piece of cardboard we had laying around and then just made enough roses to cover the shape. I used hot glue to attach them. I am quite happy with how it came out and might just have to leave it up all year!

Sorry if I’m writing to the wrong person. I’m trying to get the directions on how to put the wreath together. I received the pattern for the roses, but not how to put the wreath together.

Hi there, I believe what she did is she cut out a piece of cardboard (i’m sure you could probably use another sturdy thing if you don’t want to use cardboard.) into a heart shape. Then she created enough roses to fill in the space of the cardboard heart. After that she then glued the crochet roses onto the cardboard. I hope this helps as instructions on what to do (Also cut out the Inner part of the heart too, so that the roses stand out more)

Kara, I clicked on the rose pattern and that came up fine, but when I click on the “see how I did it here” button to see your assembly instructions it just takes me back to the beginning – I’m sure I could figure it out but why reinvent the wheel, or wreath in this case 🙂
        I would appreciate any help!
