    Love the idea of the crochet stitch chart symbols ….but also it would be good if you had instructions for the stitches as well

    One thing I could never understand when I saw a crochet chart, like what if it’s a chart from another country…. if it shows the sign for dc… is that a USA dc, or is it a UK dc ? I’m never sure which terminology any particular chart might be using as a US dc is not the same as a UK dc. I’ve never used charts because of this. I mean… an American publication would surely use US terminology, but what about a Japanese one, or other country like Canada/England? I think the US is the only one using our terminology for stitches. ?

    I think the charts are the greatest ‘invention’ ever!!! I love them & if I cannot find a chart I have, on several occasions, done my own chart. It’s so much easier than reading instructions.

    what does dc2tog mean. I am not sure what stitch this is?
